1. Entertainment only

Land of Spirits is a work of interactive horror fiction. The grimoire, its folios, its recipes and its four spirits are invented. Spirit replies are generated by an AI playing a character. Nothing in the app is real occult instruction, divination, prediction, or medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and it must not be relied on for any decision.

2. Age

The app contains mild horror themes and is intended for users aged 13 and over.

3. Safety of the rites

The described rituals use ordinary household objects for atmosphere. If you choose to act them out, you do so at your own risk: never leave a candle unattended, keep flame away from cloth, hair, children and animals, and take care with knives. We are not responsible for anything you choose to do with a real flame.

4. Fair use

Do not use the séance to harass anyone, to attempt to extract harmful instructions, or to submit unlawful content. We may remove content and restrict access to keep the app safe.

5. AI-generated text

Generated replies are fictional and may be inaccurate or unexpected. They do not represent the views of the developer, and we make no warranty about them.

6. Liability

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it.

7. Purchase, access and refunds

Land of Spirits is sold as a single payment of €5 for permanent access to the full app. There is no subscription, no advertising and nothing further to buy. Payment is handled by Stripe.

After paying you receive an access key. Keep it: it is how you open the app on another phone or browser, and how we identify your purchase if you need support. Because access is granted immediately, the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content ends once the app is unlocked — but if the app does not work for you, write to us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it.
